How Intermittent Fasting Helps To Reverse The Fatty Liver Disease?

One of the key factor to reverse fatty liver disease is to lose weight.

So i assume that you must be knowing that, How beneficial intermittent fasting is to lose weight in a quick and safe way.

If you don’t know about intermittent fasting yet, Then i would suggest you to read this article.

Intermittent fasting is a natural and effective way for weight control. It helps to lower obesity by shaping the gut microbiota.(1)

Now when you are in fasted zone for more than 12 hours, By this time your liver glycogen reserves almost get depleted depending upon your physical activity.

So now your body starts to burn stored fat as a  source of energy.

Then as you stretch it for long time, You keep on burning more and more stored fat from your body.

Also studies show that, Human growth hormone increases upto 300% when you fast for more than 48 hours.

Growth hormone is very important hormone which helps you to build muscles and effectively metabolize fat for energy.

Hence reduction in growth hormone can result in insulin resistance, which is major cause of obesity.(2)

In this way intermittent fasting can help you to lose stored fat and increase growth hormones.
